As name suggests the accommodation provides just the basic Bed to sleep and morning breakfast from host. These are basic budget accommodation type and traveler should not expect services of luxury serviced apartments. Ideal to book Bnb for short stays.

B.Home Stays

Homestays are typically when host offers one or more rooms at his house. The host stays or occupy some part of the apartment while guests share the living and dining areas.This accommodation type suits family travelers and gives ample chances of interaction with host.

C.Aparthotels

Apartment+Hotel= Aparthotel. These are apartments in stand alone building with hotel like services and facilities. The services include room service, daily housekeeping. One can expect exclusive facilities like gym, pool, restaurant and public areas.

C.Furnished rentals

Fully furnished rentals are flats with all furniture in bedroom like beds and tables, living room furniture and equipped kitchen. Semi Furnished flats most of the time include the beds and minimal furniture in living room. The kitchen is left to the occupant to equip.
